If the safe or packaging is damaged in any way, even minor damage, note the damage on the receipt when you sign for the safe. If you can see that the safe is in an unacceptable condition, refuse the delivery! If damage is not noted on the receipt, a later claim for repair, refund or replacement may not be honored.
Save the original packaging and the wood pallet the safe comes on. After receiving the safe, buyer has 14 calendar days to notify High Security Safe Company if they wish to return the safe.

Full refund, less a 15% restocking fee, less the actual original delivery fees paid by seller, less the actual return shipping fees. You must complete the Return Request form.
In most cases, we will issue the refund in the same form of payment originally used to purchase the product. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your refund to be posted. If you paid by check, it will take longer to be refunded.
